• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services (beyond what is publicly available)

3. DECENTRALIZED PROTOCOL

ARITHMIC is a decentralized algorithmic stablecoin protocol operating on public blockchain networks. The core protocol contracts are autonomous and operate without centralized control. Access to the protocol is permissionless and non-custodial.

The ARITHMIC team does not hold custody of your assets at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet credentials.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ARITHMIC name, logo, website design, and associated materials are the intellectual property of the ARITHMIC protocol and its contributors. The underlying smart contract code is open-source and subject to the applicable open-source license published in the official repository.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

5. RISK DISCLOSURE

Interacting with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols involves significant risk. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite security audits
• The value of USD₳ and USD₳² tokens may fluctuate and may lose value
• The algorithmic peg mechanism may fail to maintain the $5.00 target under extreme market conditions
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
• Regulatory changes may affect your ability to use the Services
• Gas fees and network congestion are outside our control

Nothing on this website or within the ARITHMIC protocol constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. Past performance of any token or protocol does not guarantee future results.
